In the event of a medical emergency, DAMC vets will see your pet on an immediate basis. Please call us at 215-345-7782 (press 1 at the prompt) and let us know the nature of the crisis.
Should an emergency arise after hours or on Sundays, please contact one of these local emergency clinics.

Breathing Difficulties Serious
Bleeding Major Trauma (struck by a moving vehicle, falling down stairs, wounds from unseen accident)
Lacerations and Bite Wounds
Collapse or Loss of Consciousness
Poisoning
(NOTE: Depending on the substance ingested, our office staff will likely instruct you to call Animal Poison Control [1-800-548-2423] first. Animal Poison Control experts will provide the best treatment protocol for your pet once they arrive at our office.)
Prolonged Vomiting or Diarrhea/Blood in Feces
